DESCRIPTION:MJP – Mead Judging Programme – is a pioneering European training programme preparing for professional mead judging. The programme was launched during the II European Mead Makers Conference in 2019.\n\nOur main goal is to prepare and train professional mead judges as well as to educate people in a conscious and correct mead tasting.\n\nThe programme is intended for people who want to acquire knowledge and skills about sensory tasting of meads.\n\nParticipants are introduced to the basis of sensory science, mead’s categories, mead’s defects and method of evaluation. The training includes theorical and practical parts.
